So the first recipe that I am going to share is one that I recieved from Suzy. It is fast and absolutely delicious. Hope you all enjoy! :)
Shrimp Spaghetti
Ingredients:
1 pound spaghetti
1 pound shrimps, shelled and deveined (I included scallops as well)
1/3 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons butter
1/3 cup chicken broth (I used 1/2 cup as we like lots of sauce)
1/2 cup dry white wine
6 garlic cloves, sliced thin
4 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon red pepper sauce
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste (I use seasoning salt)
Chopped parsley for garnish
1. Cook pasta in a large pot of boiling lightly salted water until al dente.
2. Meanwhile, heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet. Add garlic and saute until light brown. Add shrimps, parsley, wine, chicken broth and lemon juice.
Season with seasoning salt and Italian seasonings. Cook until shrimps turn
pink.
3. Drain pasta; add to skillet with shrimps and mix well. Season with salt and
pepper to taste.
4. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve.
This looks awesome. I love that you normally have these ingredients on hand! I'll be testing it this week!
